Established Greensboro Tint World store is seeking an experienced Tint Installer – deliver high quality results at above Tint World job averages.

 

$1,500 signing bonus. $500 paid after 14 days in role to assess wok quality and ticket service times and the remaining $1000 after 30 days of employment.

• Acquired by new owners in July 2022: Focused on transforming the team member and customer experience to build a top performing store. Currently, building a second location in Fayetteville with additional licenses in the state of North Carolina.
• Store was remolded in late 2021 with and airconditioned showroom and heated bays, with planned investments for full HVAC capabilities in the bays in 2023.
• We spend double the required amount on marketing for our store . . . and are one of the company’s top lead generators – there is a ton of money to be made
• We have one of the most robust lead pipelines in the Tint World Franchise and are hiring additional sales staff
• We are merit based – meaning no politics and not favoritism. We believe extra effort should result in extra rewards.

Compensation

This is a base vs. commission pay structure: compensation is determined by level of experience and an onsite assessment of your tinting installation skills / product quality.

Experience:

• Automotive Window Tint installation: 3 years (Required) – certification strongly preferred and compensated for.
• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Vehicle Wrap installation: 2 years (Preferred)

Required:

• Willingness to learn PPF and Vehicle Wraps if no experience
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Must be comfortable working on high-end and exotic vehicles
• Clean cut appearance
• Strong communication skills
