The Paint Protection Film Installer is responsible for the installation of Auto Armour's paint protection product on customer vehicles, from start to finish. Our customers expect a high-quality product and it is the responsibility of the Paint Protection Film Installer to deliver such a product to the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Clean and prepare vehicles in advance of the paint protection film.

- Install paint protection film on customer vehicles.

- Review the quality of the finished product and make alterations as necessary.

- Transport vehicles to and from facilities and other third-party locations.

- Communicate with customers and assess customer needs.

- Disseminate or explain information regarding products to customers, fill out work orders, and address complaints as applicable.

- Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety and time sensitivity a priority.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Must be able to communicate with customers and assess customer needs.

- Must be able to operate installation machines such as car lift.

- Must be able to problem solve and/or handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

- Must be able to stand or be mobile for the entire shift.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Must be able to work both independently and as a team player.

- Must have a strong sense of organization, prioritization, and professional communication skills.

- Must have excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.

- Must possess keen attention to detail.

- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

MINIMUM EDUCATION

High School Diploma

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Experience working with paint protection film (clear bra) is required. Do not apply if you do not have at least one year of PPF installation experience.

STARTING PAY DEPENDS ON EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE.
