Window Tint Technician

Our automotive, commercial, and residential window tint service center needs a reliable Tint Technician to join our team. We operate the most established and efficient repair shops in Bakersfield, and we are looking for excellent, enthusiastic members to join our team. We have been in business for over 35 years, providing the best window tint and customer service in the city.

Candidate should have a good standing, valid driver license, and be open to full-time employment Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

1 + years experience in Flat Glass Tint or Automotive Window Tint preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. Under experienced candidates with passion can apprentice under our veteran tinters and learn the craft from the ground up.  

All positions are on an Hourly Salary Plus bonus structure. All jobs include income and advancement growth potential.

Residential and Commercial Flat Glass Tinting Technician

Task

• Perform routine automotive tint tasks, including removing window film, removing door panels, cleaning windows, cutting film & installing film. 
• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in window tint.
• Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate information and estimates.
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
• Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety

Automotive Window Tint Skills

• High school diploma/GED 
• 1+ years’ of service technician experience
• Willingness to participate in in-house training
• Ability to operate all auto repair tools
• Must Beable to pickup 50lbs
